You will tour Sigiriya on day three, and your day will start by checking out from your hotel. You will visit the well-known Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage en route. It is a sanctuary devoted to the protection of Elephants. As you engage and feed the lovely baby elephants, you will have the opportunity to experience heartwarming moments and create priceless memories along with your partner!
On day four, set out for an exciting day of exploring animals. Take a thrilling warm air balloon trip to begin your morning and enjoy the expansive vistas of Sri Lanka’s lovely panorama. In the evening, journey to Minneriya National Park, where you will explore majestic elephants and diverse natural habitats, creating unforgettable memories of your Sri Lankan safari experience.
Your fifth day will begin with an experience of the well-known Sigiriya Rock, additionally known as the 8th marvel of the world. There you may see historically big paintings that beautify the walls and the wonderful views. After you’ll travel to Kandy, stopping at a spice garden along the way. You’ll also enjoy some peaceful time with your partner while getting a relaxing head and shoulder massage. A mesmerizing traditional dance performance in Kandy promises a wonderful evening as your day comes to an end.
You’ll embark on an exciting city tour to Kandy where you’ll feel the vibrant atmosphere. You will take a tour of the sacred Kandy Temple which Buddhists revere greatly. You will also have the chance to take a romantic stroll through the lush Peradeniya Gardens which are a haven for couples. Wrap up the day with a pleasant shopping trip perusing shops offering gemstones silk batik wood carving and batik products where you can discover keepsakes to cherish together.
On day 07, you may go on a train adventure from Kandy to Hatton and discover the enchantment of Sri Lanka’s picturesque railways. Enjoy breathtaking vistas of misty mountains and verdant tea plantations along the way. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and unwind and experience a romantic candlelight dinner, which is the perfect manner to cap off the day.
On Day 08, take a stroll through the picturesque tea hills of Hatton. When the cool mountain mist greets you in the morning take a stroll through the green tea hills. Day 9 will begin with a tour with a visit to the historic Galle Dutch Fort, a Portuguese-built UNESCO World Heritage site. Also, you will have a delightful boat ride over the serene Madu River, making unforgettable memories along the way. To end the day, unwind with a peaceful evening in the charming surroundings of Galle.
